In the bottom of my chest with horror related stuff I found Dream warrior. It had been some time since I saw it. I pressed play and start dreaming away.

In this movie from 1987, directed by Chuck Russell, we meet a gang of teenagers with sleeping disorder. The live at a clinic were a good male doctor and an evil woman doctor tries the help the kids. Nothing seems to help. They all dream of boogie man Freddy. There have been a death, there are riot in the air. The situation is getting desperate for the young ones. Patricia Arquette joins the gang. And then a good woman doctor joins the gang. She seems to now what's going on.

Patricia screams her way through this movie. She is good in the role as disturb teenager with power to make people visit her dreams. She uses this power, and soon Freddy finds there are a whole bunch of kids in his Kingdome of nightmares. Can he handle them all, or will those dream warriors finally put an end to Krueger's terror.

As said, it had been a while since I saw this. And I had forgotten how much I liked this movie. It is a nice story and the effects are really cool. Even if some of them start to look a bit cheap, it's still a feast for those how love effects. There are a lot of nice one-liners from Freddy as well. I would really recommend you to see this.

Dream warrior is the second best Elm street movie, after part one. I promise you won't fall asleep, when watching this.
